Cookies & Cream!

Cookies & Cream...well sort of.  Actually more like chocolate chip cookies with coconut whipped cream.  I tried to make them into a cookie sandwich but it was a failure.  The whipped cream was too soft and began to ooze out everywhere.

Desert failures are never a real let down though.  I simply ate my chocolate chip cookies dipped in whipped cream.  Pretty solid actually.
