Nutritional Yeast Salad Dressing

Last night it was dinner with Ashley.  We watched some cheesy sci-fi show while eating a nice dinner.  We had some soy chickens in black cherry sauce, I made some twice baked potatoes which turned out very well.  I will share a recipe sometime. Meanwhile, I am sure most of the Atlanta readers would appreciate the following recipe.

Nutritional Yeast Salad Dressing

1 clove of garlic
3 tablespoons of vegetable broth
3 tablespoons of nutritional yeast
2 teaspoons of mustard
2 teaspoons of soy sauce
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of onion powder
1/2 teaspoon of oil
1/2 teaspoon of tahini

In a blender, add all ingredients, and puree until smooth.  The main thing is making sure that the clove of garlic is smooth.

Those of you from Atlanta should know this flavor well.  It is almost spot on.  Enjoy it!

If anyone has a better name for this, please, offer it up.  Anything other than Prince.  ;)

Mmm, Prince Dressing. I can lick that little metal container clean at Soul V.

I love nutritional yeast, but I wasn't a huge fan of this salad dressing.
